Windows TCP/IP 是 Windows 操作系统中用于网络通讯的焦点协议栈，它遵照TCP（传输控制协议）和IP（互联网协议）标准。Windows TCP/IP 协议栈支持操作系统与其他盘算机和网络装备（如路由器、服务器、客户端等）举行通讯，是所有基于网络的操作和应用的基础。
2024年8月14日，优发国际网站官网集团VSRC监测到微软宣布8月清静更新，修复了Windows TCP/IP 远程代码执行误差（CVE-2024-38063），该误差的CVSS评分为9.8，会影响所有使用 IPv6（默认启用）的 Windows 系统。
Windows TCP/IP中保存整数下溢误差，可使用该误差触发缓冲区溢出，未经身份验证的威胁者可通过向受影响的Windows 盘算机重复发送特制IPv6 数据包来使用该误差，乐成使用可能导致拒绝服务或远程代码执行。

四、清静步伐
4.1 升级版本
现在微软已宣布了该误差的清静更新，鉴于误差的严重性，建议受影响用户尽快修复。
（一） Windows Update自动更新
Microsoft Update默认启用，当系统检测到可用更新时，将会自动下载更新并在下一次启动时装置。也可选择通过以下办法手动举行更新：
1、点击“最先菜单”或按Windows快捷键，点击进入“设置”
2、选择“更新和清静”，进入“Windows更新”（Windows 8、Windows 8.1、Windows Server 2012以及Windows Server 2012 R2可通过控制面板进入“Windows更新”，详细办法为“控制面板”->“系统和清静”->“Windows更新”）
3、选择“检查更新”，期待系统自动检查并下载可用更新。
4、更新完成后重启盘算机，可通过进入“Windows更新”->“审查更新历史纪录”审查是否乐成装置了更新。关于没有乐成装置的更新，可以点击该更新名称进入微软官方更新形貌链接，点击最新的SSU名称并在新链接中点击“Microsoft 更新目录”，然后在新链接中选择适用于目的系统的补丁举行下载并装置。
（二） 手动装置更新
Microsoft官方下载响应补丁举行更新。

Windows中可通过控制面板-程序和功效-审查已装置的更新盘问目今系统已装置的更新，若是系统尚未装置响应补丁，可手动下载装置。
4.2 暂时步伐
若是目的盘算机上禁用 IPv6，系统不会受到影响，外地Windows防火墙上阻止IPv6不可阻止误差使用。无法连忙装置8月 Windows 清静更新的用户可通过禁用 IPv6 消除攻击面来缓解该误差。注重，禁用 IPv6 可能会影响某些依赖 IPv6 的应用程序和服务，或者可能会导致某些 Windows 组件阻止事情。
禁用IPv6
可通过以下方法之一或其他方法禁用IPv6：
1．使用网络适配器设置（单个禁用）
翻开网络和共享中心，可通过控制面板 - 所有控制面板项 - 网络和共享中心-更改适配器设置，找到目的网络毗连（如“以太网”或“Wi-Fi”），右键单击并选择“属性”，在网络属性窗口中，找到“Internet 协议版本 6 (TCP/IPv6)”，作废勾选它，然后点击“确定”。
2. 使用治理员权限翻开PowerShell，凭证需求执行以下操作（统一禁用）：
翻开 PowerShell（治理员），可使用以下下令来审查网络适配器的绑定状态，确认 IPv6 是否已被启用：
Get-NetAdapterBinding -ComponentID ms_tcpip6
执行以下下令以禁用所有网络接口的 IPv6：
Disable-NetAdapterBinding -Name "*" -ComponentID ms_tcpip6
若是需要作废禁用操作，执行以下下令将重新启用所有网络适配器上的 IPv6：
Enable-NetAdapterBinding -Name "*" -ComponentID ms_tcpip6

4.3 通用建议
l 按期更新系统补丁，镌汰系统误差，提升服务器的清静性。
l 增强系统和网络的会见控制，修改防火墙战略，关闭非须要的应用端口或服务，镌汰将危险服务（如SSH、RDP等）袒露到公网，镌汰攻击面。
l 使用企业级清静产品，提升企业的网络清静性能。
l 增强系统用户和权限治理，启用多因素认证机制和最小权限原则，用户和软件权限应坚持在最低限度。
l 启用强密码战略并设置为按期修改。
